We are hiring full stack developers with AI experience
We are a Peruvian web and systems development agency. We are looking for experienced developers who build with good judgment and know how to work alongside artificial intelligence.
The profile we are looking for
AI engineer, not a vibe coder
You use artificial intelligence with technical judgment: you understand, review and take responsibility for the code you deliver.
AI agents
You code with tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, Gemini or ChatGPT, and you know when to use each one.
Modern technology
React, Vite, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, databases, APIs and responsive design.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a full stack developer (front-end and back-end).
- Experience building systems, not only informational websites.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents for coding.
- Full-time availability: preferably 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Peru time), with a one-hour break.
- Your own laptop and a stable internet connection for remote work.
- Responsibility, good communication and meeting deadlines.
Terms
Salary
US$ 320 per month during the first three months. Then US$ 400 per month, with future raises based on your performance.
If you live abroad
The salary is set in Peruvian soles; if you live outside Peru, you are paid the equivalent in your currency.
Schedule
Preferably 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Peru time) with a one-hour break. The schedule can be arranged, with a minimum of 8 hours a day.
AI tools
The company provides the AI tools you work with (Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor or others), according to the agreement in force.
Real projects
You will work on websites, stores and systems for clients in Peru and abroad, with code reviews.
Work certificate
We provide documentation certifying the time and projects you worked on with us.
