At ERuiz Tech we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations.

ERuiz Tech, with RUC (tax ID) 10750543192 and contact email contacto@agencia.eruizgroup.com, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and our support channels.
Data we collect
We only process the data you give us voluntarily when you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or through the website forms:
- First and last name.
- Phone number and email address.
- Your company or business name, if you provide it.
- Any information about your project you choose to share.
- In the Complaints Book: ID document and address, as required by law.
How we use your data
We do not use your data for any other purpose and will not send you advertising without your consent.
- To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
- To deliver and follow up on the services you hire.
- To handle claims and complaints.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your personal data. Only the providers we need to deliver the service (for example, the hosting or messaging provider) may access it, and only for that purpose, or the authorities when required by law.
Job applications
If you apply to a job opening by sending your information to talento@agencia.eruizgroup.com, we use your data (CV, contact details, experience and availability) only to evaluate your application. If you are not selected, we delete it within a reasonable time, unless you authorize us to keep it for future openings.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as our business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by legal, tax or accounting obligations. Data from inquiries that do not become a service is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to information and good practices in our systems. We will never ask for passwords or full card details through forms or messages.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) at any time by writing to contacto@agencia.eruizgroup.com with your name, the right you want to exercise and a copy of your ID. We will respond within the legal deadlines.
If you believe we have not handled your request, you may contact the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
