These terms govern the use of this website and the hiring of ERuiz Tech services. By hiring a service, you accept these terms together with the signed or accepted proposal.
Services
ERuiz Tech offers web design and development, online stores, custom systems, mobile apps, maintenance, digital marketing, tech support and technology consulting. The scope of each service is defined in writing in the accepted proposal or quote.
Prices and quotes
Prices published on this website are a reference. The final price, timelines, deliverables and payment terms are detailed in each project quote. Amounts in US dollars are approximate and calculated with a reference exchange rate; invoicing follows what is stated in the quote.
Campaigns and promotions
Campaigns, such as the R500 Campaign, are valid for a limited time and subject to available spots. Their specific conditions are provided at the time of hiring and prevail over these general terms where applicable.
Payments
Payments are made in the form and within the deadlines agreed in the proposal. We offer three options:
- Full payment: 100% deposit when the project starts.
- 50/50 plan: 50% to start and 50% before the project is completed.
- 50/30/20 plan: subject to approval only, for example for systems.
- The last payment is always made before the project is completed; final delivery is subject to confirmation of all agreed payments.
- Receipts: sales receipt (boleta) or fee receipt (recibo por honorarios).
Hosting and domain
When a plan includes hosting and a .com domain, these are contracted with external providers and are also subject to their own terms. Renewals after the included period are communicated in advance.
Revisions and warranty
Each project includes the revisions and post-delivery warranty stated in the proposal. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Project ownership
Once the full amount is paid, the client owns the content and design developed for the project. Domains and accounts are registered in the client name when applicable. ERuiz Tech may mention the project in its portfolio unless the client says otherwise.
Client responsibilities
- Provide the necessary information, text, images and access on time.
- Hold the rights to the content provided.
- Review and approve progress within the agreed timeframes.
Limitation of liability
ERuiz Tech does not guarantee sales figures, search rankings or business results unless expressly stated in the contract. Nor is it responsible for failures of third-party services (hosting, gateways, platforms) beyond its control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will first be resolved directly and amicably.
