Conecta Celulares sells brand-new phones with factory warranty in Pucallpa, for cash or on credit. Its customers compare models and prices before going to the store.
The problem
Someone buying a phone compares several stores from home before going out.
- Prices change often, and old posts leave customers with a price that no longer exists.
- Questions about each model: storage, color, price, whether credit is available.
- If the store does not show its models online, it is not even part of the comparison.
