Quirulap offers general and laparoscopic surgery, ultrasounds and outpatient procedures in Cartavio and Trujillo, with an emergency service. Patients needed to understand each procedure and find the contact in an emergency.
The problem
Before surgery, patients do their research. In an emergency, they call the first one that shows a phone number and says it is open now.
