Euroasia Lab is a clinical testing laboratory authorized by Peru’s health ministry (MINSA) in Rímac. Its front desk was flooded with the same question: “are my results ready?”.
The problem
A laboratory lives on trust and speed. Patients want to know whether it is reliable, how long they will wait and when they will get their report.
- Calls and messages all day asking about results.
- Patients who have to come back just to pick up a sheet of paper.
- Early-morning queues of fasting patients who choose another lab next time.
- Services like home sample collection that only those who ask know about.
What we built
A website that answers the usual questions and takes patients to book or download their report.
- Online results: patients download their report with their ID number.
- Appointment booking by day and time.
- Home or office sample collection, explained on the home page.
- Preparation for each test (fasting and instructions).
- IPRESS registration and MINSA authorization on display, with every testing area.
